"I recently purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and I want to compliment your organization for its great customer service from start to finish. When I got out of college (many years ago) I worked for 13 years in a large dealership, plus, got to know a many of the reps from other dealers in our group and the various sales styles reps in these various dealerships. I have been out of vehicle sales for some 20 years now. To this day I am reluctant to try a new dealership based on my past experiences.
